The position is responsible for interacting with customers to ensure complaints inquires and compliments are resolved and tracked within the Wilkie Golbal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database in a professional and timely manner. This person will process and resolve critical consume issues related to insurance, legal, illness/injury and foreign matter claims, escalating the issues quickly and efficiently when necessary.
Charaterized as sedentary work. Job demands may require long periods of sitting, telephone work and/or computer work as welll as interactions with other employees and customers; filling in lateral and upright file cabinet. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or tourch. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
