    This position is responsible for supporting the corporate logistics team in Expenses Analysis, DC Warehouse Analytics, DC KPI Reconciliations, Alternatives’ Evaluation and Data gathering in addition to Transportation Orders Creation and Follow up.Support extents to the manufacturing plants, inventory control, customer service and FSQA.


    • Ability to evaluate alternative solutions to Logistic issues that will drive improvement across the business operations.
    • Ability to reconcile and maintain CHEP inventory at all 3PL’s on a monthly basis. This includes communication with 3PL’s and CHEP representative to resolve discrepancies.
    • Gather and consolidate Warehouse DC’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
    • Ability to assist 3PL’s record shipping transactions when needed.
    • Support production plants regarding all aspects of CHEP management on a monthly basis. This includes communication with CHEP representative to assist in resolving inventory issues or other aspects of CHEP pallets.
    • Ability to maintain monthly reports with CHEP balances at all plant locations and 3PL locations. Approve CHEP invoices. Report any irregularities and issues with CHEP to Supervisor
    • Create and maintain raw material transfer orders for third party manufacturers. Communicate with warehouses, Traffic and Purchasing regarding raw material transfers.
    • Create and monitor donation orders and redeployment orders as needed.
    • Ship confirm transfer orders and donation orders as needed.
    • Assist with month-end closing.
    • Ability to extract data needed for a recall and transfer to recall template in a timely manner.
    • Maintain Redeployment Spreadsheets on a monthly basis.
    • At month-end compile required data from all our 3PL’s. Analyze data thoroughly and maintain as need. Apply data to master spreadsheet which will be used for the Monthly Salvage Finished Goods Report. Send sales/marketing disposition form for approval to sell 2nd market, donate or dispose product.
    • Communicate with 3PL’s and Inventory Control regarding changing the status of the disposition of an item.
    • Assist FSQA and other areas with item dispositions and item production dates.
    • Maintain various reports related to warehouses and plants.
    • Effectively communicate information to all 3 PL’s via verbally, via e-mail and via telephone.
    • Develop good working relationships at all levels within the Ajiwin team environment, communicating as needed to maximize individual and team performance.
    • Closely work with Corporate Warehouse & Distribution Manager as well as with the Logistics Director.
    • Perform any additional tasks delegated by Corporate Warehouse & Distribution Manager and Director of Logistics and Transportation.


    • Accountable, responsible, career oriented adult with sense of urgency
    • Ability to define problems, evaluate and find solutions based on collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookup amongst other advanced functions)
    • Ability to navigate through specific web pages and retrieve reports to be handled in Excel
    • Knowledge of JDE
    • Detail oriented and self-starter
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to changes in work environment
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline type setting
