Accountable for planning, directing, coordinating and managing the employees work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products. This includes supervision of Production Supervisors, Leads and Production line workers. These duties are to be performed in accordance with established occupational safety, food safety and quality, cost, and quantity specifications. The individual in this role must be comfortable working proactively and independently in a fast paced environment that is subject to long hours (routinely 10+ hours). Performs the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in raw material, processing, production, and packing functions. Responsible for all managerial activities associated with producing quality frozen Asian foods, including employee relations, safety consciousness, and USDA requirements.
