The Help-desk Analyst (III) will perform final level technical support and service restoration for daily operations in a complex, distributed computing environment. The position will need to handle on-site and remote end-user support of a wide variety of systems and applications with a focus on project work and infrastructure related issues. Support the network and server infrastructure with help from the infrastructure team will be required. The position will be required to handle complex incidents with minimal oversight and reports to the Sr. Manager, Infrastructure.

Technical understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP; DNS, DHCP etc.)
